I am not much of a jam/jelly person unless it's homemade. Since strawberry is in season so I prepared some Strawberry jam !!
I love a little tanginess so I just added 150 gms , if you want more sweetness then you can add more sugar as per your taste.

As it will cool it will thicken more so don't over thicken it. Enjoy with breads, cakes, cupcakes etc.
