- Firstly wash & clean chicken with a tablespoon of vinegar.further prepare a paste using coconut powder,almonds,cashews & yoghurt.next chop onions take a pressure cooker add oil then add onions sauté until slightly golden then add ginger garlic paste cook for a minute now add the chicken toss it and add the paste of nuts & yoghurt,all spices and cook on medium flame until oil separates.
- Further add water cover it and cook until chicken is tender.finally adjust the consistency of the gravy and saffron milk,coriander & mint leaves A little Garam masala powder and cook for more 5 minutes on low flame burner.the oil separates a layer & it’s ready.
